Presence
Movement | Breath | Meditativeness - The Yogic Way
with Kaushiek Pranoo
In the Tamil spiritual tradition, a popular saying goes,

‘Kandavar Vindilar, Vindavar Kandilar’
It crudely translates to mean,
“Those who talk about it have not experienced it deeply enough and those who have witnessed it, cannot find words to describe it”
'It’ referring to the extremely subtle nature of reality/divinity that one is capable of experiencing when they learn to become deeply meditative.

Rooted in the yogic sciences, ‘Presence’ is an invitation to move experientially towards this experience of being truly present to the moment by connecting deeper with our breath, body and mind in subtle ways that allow us to ground, rejuvenate and replenish our life energies.
